ADHD Parents Workshop

This workshop is for parents of ADHD children. We’re going to look at different ways you can support and nurture your child in a neurotypical world. 

This workshop will:

• Help you understand how an ADHD brain works differently

• Equip you with the tools and techniques you need to support your child

• Help you open up the conversation with your child about what they need

• Give you an opportunity to meet other parents in the same position
