This 12-week programme supports young people to develop a deeper understanding of their own ADHD and how their brain works. The programme takes a strengths-based approach, helping participants build self-awareness, confidence, and practical strategies they can use in everyday life. Using the following tools, we will define our own ADHD profile, equipping participants to tackle the challenges they may face: 🧰 Identify and prioritise challenges 🧰 Executive function skills 🧰 Processing modalities 🧰 Strengths 🧰 Values 🧰 Legend List The programme includes six live group sessions that focus on learning, connection, and skill-building, alongside six self-directed sessions with guided tasks that allow young people to reflect and apply what they’ve learned in their own time. Included in the programme: ➡️ 6 live group sessions on Zoom ➡️ 6 guided self-led action sessions ➡️ Educational slides for each session ➡️ Client-led discussions about real-time challenges ➡️ Access to a library of articles, videos and research. ➡️ Access to ADHD Connections resources. ➡️ Lifetime access to all course content and materials shared. By the end of the programme, participants will have greater insight into themselves, a personalised toolkit of strategies, and a stronger sense of belonging and self-acceptance. 🗓️ Starts March 2nd 👥 15-18 yrs of age ⏱️ Mondays at 7 pm 📍Online through Zoom 🎉 Ends 25th of May Please note: Parent involvement is advised to support the child with actioning items and following the programme if the participant requires it.
