Education & Training
We offer Ireland’s first ADHD training led by both lived and professional experience, designed to go beyond mandatory checkboxes and truly shift perspectives toward neuroinclusivity. Our in-person and online talks and workshops, delivered by facilitators certified in Training Delivery and Evaluation, aim to build meaningful awareness of what ADHD really is, challenge outdated assumptions, and create more supportive environments.
What To Expect
Whether addressing workplaces, schools, or community groups, our sessions bring insight, honesty, and a touch of humour to help people see ADHD in a new light. We tailor each offering to the audience, from educators and parents to professionals, ensuring the content is relevant and practical, and that everyone leaves with new insights they can apply immediately. Participants leave with greater confidence, empathy, and actionable skills to support neurodivergent individuals effectively.
