Elle Garvey

Certified ADHD-informed Coach

Elle is a certified ADHD-informed Coach (Gold Mind Academy) working toward ICF ACC accreditation.

As a chronically ill AuDHDer and single parent to a neurodivergent young person, she understands how standard advice that emphasises productivity, consistency and willpower often lead to burnout and shame for neurodivergent people. She supports clients to build values-led, flexible strategies that honour how their brains and bodies work.

Elle holds a BA in Psychology and Master of Public Policy. Her background in NGOs and disability advocacy inform her interest in evidence-informed practice and intersectionality.
