About the event
Body doubling simply means doing a task in the presence of another person. It is a supportive resource to aid those who struggle to complete boring everyday tasks that don't create challenge, stimulation or induce dopamine.
This is a live body doubling session in partnership with Llama Life
What to expect?
- Grounding technique to start
- Llama Life Timer
- Working intervals with breaks
- Accountability
- Larger group participation
What tasks can you complete:
- Cleaning, organising, decluttering.
- House admin ( booking repair, ordering those bits you need to finish the living room...)
- Life admin (tax returns, car insurance... all that boring stuff)
- Work (that report your boss has been asking for for weeks, clearing your email inbox)
- Exercise or self care.
- Absolutely anything you want!
The point of this is that you carve out time to get things done that you have been putting off!
