Sharon Powell

Professional Coach

Specialising in ADHD, Autism

An ADHD Coach in Training, Sharon is warm, passionate and dedicated to helping people access the core of who they are. She guides clients on a thought-provoking journey of self-discovery, empowering them to live more authentically.

She also has extensive training in Autism, and plans to work with Autistic individuals in the future.​ She is currently developing a training programme in collaboration with Claire.

Guillaume Tourette

Certified Professional Coach

Specialising in ADHD, Autism

Guillaume is a late-diagnosed ADHD & autistic coach, originally from France. Being coached was a life-changing process that he believes everyone should have the opportunity to experience. Supporting people through coaching has become his passion.

 

He has a particular interest in working with College students with ADHD, Gifted Individuals, and those with co-occurrance of ADHD and Autism.

 

Leaving behind the corporate world, Guillaume obtained his life coach certification with Aspire Coaching Training in 2024. Currently training as an ADHD coach with ADDCA, he is working towards ICF and PAAC credentials.

Caitlin Donnelly

Neurodiversity and Family Coach

Caitlin is a Neurodiversity Life Coach and Meditation Teacher. Based in Co. Tipperary, Caitlin offers meditation and mindfulness events throughout the country and provides coaching to clients online or through phone calls. 

 

By working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, as well as parents, Caitlin tailors sessions to the needs of her clients. As an AuDHDer (Autism and ADHD), Caitlin understands the lived experience of neurodivergent people, particularly late diagnosed, in this neurotypical world.

 

Through the safe space she creates, Caitlin explores topics such as unmasking, grief, self esteem, the diagnostic process, self diagnosis, productivity, self discovery, to name a few!

Shannon O'Brien

Community Facilitator

Shannon is an experienced group facilitator and passionate advocate for ADHD awareness, particularly in women. Diagnosed in her mid-20s, Shannon has dedicated herself to deepening her understanding of ADHD, with a special focus on its interaction with hormonal changes.

 

With a background in tourism and a natural ability to connect with people, Shannon has helped countless ADHDers gain clarity and confidence in their own journeys.

 

Her experience of coaching was transformational and has inspired her to train as a Coach. Her ultimate goal is to build a thriving coaching career, foster meaningful conversations around ADHD, and break down the stigma that still surrounds neurodiversity.
