I view it as a strength rather than a weakness, my ADHD. I don't hide in conversations anymore. I know how to deal with distractions and maintain my focus.

I had lots of questions, I didn't know what my diagnosis meant and now I know how it effects me and that it's not a bad thing. There are actually some good things about it.

I learned a lot about ADHD,  things I wouldn't of known before. I come home from training & wind down before bed, now I can keep going to training, which helps me to focus.

I am only recently diagnosed & I had no real idea what it meant. I believed it was something that was wrong with me. I don't think this anymore and now I view my ADHD as a skill.

Somewhere in my head, I thought I was the only one. Thanks to this group now I know I'm not alone and that there are plenty of others just like me. I feel better now.

This course helped me to overcome negative thoughts I had about my neurodivergence. The group allowed me to learn from others, this really helped me to learn how to cope.

I knew there were other neurodivergents out there, but I didn’t know that they would have the same feelings as me. I saw loads of similarities and it was nice to know I am not alone.

I am doing much better in school, and my teachers even gave me recognition for it. Claire gave me exercises and techniques that helped me manage my anger in a safer and healthier way.

This course really did help my anxiety and it helped me improve my positivity. Some things that I stressed about were simply solved by small but helpful techniques.

It is safe space to voice your struggles and achievements living with ADHD and share and give tips on what has worked for you and what doesn't but might possibly work for them

It helps you become more confident in your self, it helps with developing as a person and developing your knowledge about adhd and also teaches you to enjoy being unique!!!

Get a better understanding of ADHD & talk about the diagnosis in a positive way. You get to talk with people your age going through the same struggles and it really makes you feel seen.

Parents Feedback

"My impression from talking to my child is that it’s been one of the best parts of their exchange to Ireland. They’ve told me they’ve got so much out of hearing from the experiences of other students their age who have ADHD and from Claire’s support. I’m so happy that we got in contact with ADHD Connections."

Claire can help you recognise & appreciate your innate skills, & develop enough self acceptance at your core that improves how you relate to yourself & others.

This group is so much more valuable than anything else I have done. Its so personable with space to interact with others. Its neurodivergent friendly.

I am still benefitting months after from everything Claire helped us navigate from the inside out. The group was Informative, fun & playful!

It was comforting to share & learn with other neurodivergent people. Claire was straight talking, empathetic, and a wonderful facilitator.

I desperately wanted to 'fix' the parts I struggle with that felt broken. I went on a journey of exploration that's still deepening my own levels of self acceptance

Where I am now compared to 6 months ago is incredible. I have become more aware of what works for me. I was looking for another way and I didn't give up.

I only want to look at the future now. I have new goals & I want to plan for Success instead of preparing to fail.

I found a tribe and I am so grateful to everyone being open to sharing and being vulnerable because now I know I am not alone.

I feel like the course material has given me a kind of 'ADHD bible' for my life that I can refer back to anytime. The programme has been so informative and useful.

Whatever challenges you face the right guide can help you find the ground beneath your feet & this group experience can be the wind in your sail.

It was an absolute pleasure doing my coaching journey with ADHD Connections. Claire's expertise and caring nature made me feel comfortable from the very first session. My confidence has grown and I have a more positive, optimistic outlook on daily life, something that seemed impossible before coaching! The fact that Claire has ADHD helped immensely, allowing me to feel heard and making experiences both past and present more relatable. Not only do I feel the immediate impact of coaching, but I also know I now have a solid foundation to build on throughout my life.
