I view it as a strength rather than a weakness, my ADHD. I don't hide in conversations anymore. I know how to deal with distractions and maintain my focus.
I had lots of questions, I didn't know what my diagnosis meant and now I know how it effects me and that it's not a bad thing. There are actually some good things about it.
I learned a lot about ADHD, things I wouldn't of known before. I come home from training & wind down before bed, now I can keep going to training, which helps me to focus.
I am only recently diagnosed & I had no real idea what it meant. I believed it was something that was wrong with me. I don't think this anymore and now I view my ADHD as a skill.
Somewhere in my head, I thought I was the only one. Thanks to this group now I know I'm not alone and that there are plenty of others just like me. I feel better now.
This course helped me to overcome negative thoughts I had about my neurodivergence. The group allowed me to learn from others, this really helped me to learn how to cope.
I knew there were other neurodivergents out there, but I didn’t know that they would have the same feelings as me. I saw loads of similarities and it was nice to know I am not alone.
I am doing much better in school, and my teachers even gave me recognition for it. Claire gave me exercises and techniques that helped me manage my anger in a safer and healthier way.
This course really did help my anxiety and it helped me improve my positivity. Some things that I stressed about were simply solved by small but helpful techniques.
It is safe space to voice your struggles and achievements living with ADHD and share and give tips on what has worked for you and what doesn't but might possibly work for them
It helps you become more confident in your self, it helps with developing as a person and developing your knowledge about adhd and also teaches you to enjoy being unique!!!
Get a better understanding of ADHD & talk about the diagnosis in a positive way. You get to talk with people your age going through the same struggles and it really makes you feel seen.

I just got an email that I thought I would never get, saying that the examiners have signed off on my thesis. Its been a long journey, but I am so grateful for your coaching, helping me learn to love & accept my ADHD self, that I'm not alone & that I can achieve what I set out to do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Having the space to learn about who I am and how my brain works has helped me to reduce college stress & improve my mental health.
I went from feeling stuck & procrastinating due to fear of failure to staying on top of things & being proud of my exam results.
College can be overwhelming at the best of times, never mind having ADHD. Knowing I am not the only one is so valuable.
Finishing my studies seemed like a pipe dream when we first started coaching, the opportunity to finally complete my masters & get on with my life would not have been possible without your help so I can't thank you enough.
I enjoyed being able to relate to people, everyone was honest talking about struggles. Seeing others accomplish things really motivated me to improve things for myself.
