ADHD coaching for college students is designed to help young adults transition to the demands of college life while supporting their ADHD needs. College students with ADHD often face unique challenges, such as increased independence, unstructured schedules, and academic and social pressures. ADHD coaching provides them with personalized support to build skills, confidence, and independence.

The first step is to have a FREE 30 minute  Discovery Call with your chosen coach to see if you are the right fit. If you decide to move forward, you will agree with your coach the the areas you want to work on. You will continuously assess what works best for you within a supportive, non-judgmental environment
