Cancellation Policy
Up to 72 hours: option to cancel sessions yourself through the confirmation email and the portal. Up to 48 hours: option to reschedule sessions yourself through the confirmation email and the portal. Outside of these hours, you will need to contact your Coach directly. No refunds/rescheduling for no-shows except in extenuating circumstances.
